I was wondering if my wife and I have a change to own a dream house outside of Billings. We would be first time home buyers as well. We were hoping to get something between Shepherd, Huntley, or Laurel. My wife is still in PA school (so I don't know if that would help), and I work full time. I am wondering if I even have a chance to own a home. I am a single mother with 3 small boys. I went through a divorce and unfortunately because of that my credit is now very poor. Are there any opportunities or suggestions that you could offer to help me?
